National Aviation Consortium

The National Aviation Consortium (NAC) was developed using funds from a 14.9 million dollar, four-year US Department of Labor grant based on Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT). Consortium colleges in Kansas, Washington, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Indiana shared the grant funding. Wichita Area Technical College (WATC) in Wichita Kansas served as the managing partner for the NAC.

At the end of the grant period in the fall of 2016, WATC sought ways to build upon the momentum of the NAC. To this end, the Talent Solutions Coalition (TSC) was created. TSC is a talent supply chain organization providing talent management programs and services to the aviation industry. Membership and sponsorship opportunities are available.
